Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
PixelBrick lets companies buy rectangular areas of a virtual pixel wall to display their logo. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you buy a brick, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
PixelBrick is operated by Tommaso Genuario (ABN 65 464 807 202). If you have any question about this policy or your information, contact us at support@pixelbrickwall.com.
2. What we collect
| Your contact details | First name, last name and email address (required to buy), and phone number (optional). |
|---|---|
| Your brand details | Company name, website address, description and the logo image you upload. |
| Your order | Size and position of your brick, price, order number, and the time the order was reserved and paid. |
| Refund requests | If you send a refund request: your order number, email address, full name, the details you write, and the receipt or invoice and logo files you attach. |
| Payment confirmation | Payments are made on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded and the related Stripe payment reference. |
| Technical data | Like most websites, our server may record technical information such as your IP address and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. While you complete a purchase, your browser remembers the position you selected on the Wall for that browsing session only. |
3. Why we use it
- To reserve your brick and process your order.
- To display your logo, company name and website on the Wall.
- To send your payment receipt and contact you about your order.
- To review and answer refund requests.
- To prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
- To keep the business, tax and accounting records the law requires.
4. What becomes public
Once your payment is completed, the following appear publicly on the Wall: your logo, company name, website link and description. Please do not include personal details you do not want published in those fields.
Your name, email address and phone number are never shown on the Wall or made public.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Stripe, our payment provider, which receives your email address and the order amount to process the payment and send your receipt (see Stripe’s privacy policy).
- Render, which hosts our website, database and uploaded logos on servers located in Singapore (see Render’s privacy policy).
- Google Workspace, which provides our business email. If you contact us by email, your message and email address are stored by Google (see Google’s privacy policy).
- Google Fonts, which delivers the site’s fonts and therefore receives your IP address when a page loads.
- Authorities or professional advisers, when we are legally required or need them to protect our rights.
Some of these providers process data outside Australia, including in Singapore and the United States.
6. How long we keep it
- Unpaid reservations: reservations that are not paid expire after about 30 minutes, and their details are deleted within 7 days.
- Completed orders: kept for at least 5 years, as required by Australian tax law, for tax and accounting purposes. Your logo, company name, website and description stay on the Wall for as long as your brick is displayed.
- Refund requests: kept with the order they relate to, for at least 5 years.
7. Security
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and access to our database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you or to correct it, by emailing support@pixelbrickwall.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
You can also ask us to delete your personal information. Please note that we may need to keep some order records to meet legal obligations, and that the logo, company name, website and description of a brick already purchased are part of the public Wall.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the GDPR, such as portability and objection, which you can exercise through the same email address.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can contact us first and, if unresolved, complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
9. Children
PixelBrick is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
